These QC (Quality Control) photos are uploaded to your account for review. You then have the power to approve the item for shipping, request a return to seller, or ask for additional photos of specific areas. This system is one of JoyaGoo's strongest features — it gives you full visibility into what you're receiving before it ships internationally, which is not something every agent provides.
How to Review QC Photos: A Framework
Use this systematic approach when reviewing QC photos:

- 2Logo accuracy: Is the branding/logo correct size, font, and positioning?
- 3Material quality: Does the material look appropriate for the product type?
